I'll choose [skill]Blackout[/skill] and use a shot gun.

If you have "Can't Touch This", a shot gun will still work.

Rebirth. Then I'd go straight to the border and rez any indigenous I can find who were shot dead by the Minutemen. If I could have another skill, it would be something to defend against them like a prot skill or one that causes blindness.
